We started with an in-depth immersion stage, working closely with Your Plumber to gain a deep understanding of the brand from both the team’s and customers’ perspectives. This insight was crucial in developing an authentic and effective brand. Using these insights, we laid a solid brand foundation that captured the company’s mission and vision, defining key messages to highlight its unique value. We then created a bold visual identity featuring soft, hand-drawn illustrations and doodles to add a personal touch, while conveying expertise and charm. Finally, we provided comprehensive guidance on brand strategy, including the development of visual elements and brand guidelines to ensure consistent, human-centric communication across various platforms.

The palette combines grounding and reassuring greens, with oat hues and a pop of vibrant neon. Hand-drawn shapes and elements are combined with imagery that focuses on humans, not just our homes. Honing in on our experience of our homes, our interactions, and our comfort in our homes.
